Tercer dia de Job shadowing 

Job Shadowing Day 3

Els nostres convidats s'han vist hui immersos en el projectes interdisciplinaris de 1r ESO. A Les Mini Chefs han presenciat l'elaboració de croissants farcits de pernil dolç i formatge i el taller olfactiu de plantes aromàtiques utilitzades a la nostra cuina. Aquest taller combina la cuina amb el francés i els porten a terme els departaments de Francés i Història amb Virginia Malo i Vicent Estruch. Després, s'han desplaçat a les instal·lacions dels Serveis Esportius Municipals per a presenciar les activitats de Som Olímpics on col·laboren Óscar Ballester del departament d'Història i Karem Faus del d'Educació Física. Una vegada acabada esta classe han acudit a Ràdio Gregori, el projecte de Marisa Costa (Departament d'anglés) i Manuel Godoy (Música) on han pogut gaudir del treball dels nostres joves locutors. A més a més han assistit al projecte Bio-Il·lustra on a partir de l'elaboració d'un herbari aprenen com documentar i dibuixar la natura convertint-se així, en il·lustradors científics de la mà de Rosa Sanchis (Arts Plàstiques) i Encarna Vercher (Biologia). L últim projecte ha sigut Geogebra que combina tecnologia i matemàtiques amb Anna Gràcia i Ramón Vaño i per a finalitzar la jornada han assistit a una classe de producció musical amb Mila Ripoll del departament de Música.

Today our guests have been immersed in the interdisciplinary projects for 1st ESO. At Les Minis Chefs they have watched the students make croissants filled with ham and cheese as well as take part in a workshop where they had to identify different herbs blindfolded. This project, carried out by the French and History departments, teaches our students cooking skills in French and valencià. Then, they have visited the facilities of the Municipal Sports Centre to watch the activities that the departments of History and P.E. had in store for the students in the Som Olímpics project. After this session, they attended the Ràdio Gregori project where the English Department and Music work hand in hand to help our students become radio broadcasters. Also, they have visited the Biology and Arts departments' project Bio-Il·lustra where students research and illustrate a herbarium. The last project is Geogbra, which is led by the Maths and Technology departments. To finish the day, the attended a class for music production with the Music Department. It has been a very hands-on day!
