Hello, my name is Dagmara Krajewska-Swoboda and I am an English teacher. 

Hola, el meu nom és Dagmara Krajewska-Snowboda i soc professora d'anglés.

Our school is Stefan Batory - one of the greatest Polish kings who ruled Poland in the 16th century. The Stefan Batory Secondary Comprehensive is considered to be one of the best in Chorzów and the canditates present a high academic level. There are around 600 students, 15 to 19 years of age. 

La nostra escola és Stefan Batory - un dels reis polonesos que va regnar a Polònia al segle XVI. El Centre d'Educació Secundària Stefan Batory és considerat un dels millors a Chorzów i els candidats presenten un alt nivell acadèmic. Hi ha al voltant de 600 alumnes entre 15 i 19 anys.

We are interested in this project as it is a great opportunity to teach all the participants about other cultures, to teach them how to use English in real life, give them the opportunity to talk about their country and a city in a foreign language, practise their speaking skills with their peers.

Such a visit is a great diversification of teaching methods. Teachers will also benefit from the project exchanging ideas concerning methodologies. 

Estem interessats en aquest projecte ja que és una gran oportunitat per ensenyar altres cultures a tots els participants, així com ensenyar-los també com usar la llengua anglesa en la vida real, donar-los l'oportunitat de parlar sobre el seu país i sobre una ciutat en un idioma estranger, practicar les seues habilitats orals amb els seus companys. Aquesta visita ofereix una gran diversificació de mètodes d'ensenyament. El professorat també es beneficia d'aquest projecte intercanviant idees pel que fa a les metodologies.
